Bexplus Copy Trade User Agreement

By accessing the Website of bexplus.com or using the Bexplus mobile app to use the Copy Trade service, you will be presumed to have been notified and agreed to this agreement and will abide by the provisions of this agreement. These conditions apply to both the Bexplus website and mobile app. If you do not agree with or do not meet the requirements of this agreement, you must immediately stop using the Bexplus Copy Trade service.

User Qualification

1. The Investor shall be at least 18 years old with full capacity and sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the concept and corresponding risks of financial products.

2. You are the legal owner of the funds in the Bexplus account, guarantee the legality of the source of funds, and may not use the Platform for illegal operations.

3. Any cryptocurrency withdrawal address you provide belongs to you, and you have full control over the address.

Disputes and Legal Obligations

The Platform shall have the right to make a mediate decision based on unilateral judgment when an investor has a trading dispute with other investors during using "Copy Trade" on the Platform. You understand and agree with the Platform's judgment on user trading disputes.

1. You acknowledge and agree that the Platform shall not be liable for any damages caused by any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of business reputation, loss of use and data, etc., or other intangible losses. The Platform has reasonable reasons to believe that there may be major violations of laws or breaches of contract by specific users and specific transactions; the Platform has reasonable reasons to believe that the user's behavior on the Platform is suspected of being illegal or inappropriate.

2. Risks associated with the "Copy Trade", include, but are not limited to automatic trading operations, in which your account can start and close trades without your manual intervention.

3. The delay of "Copy Trade" may incur higher costs, and the "Copy Trade" may fail.

4. Investment behavior is at your discretion. You decide to follow a specific Trader and follow a specific trading strategy. In making these decisions, you have considered your overall financial situation, including financial planning, and understand that using the Copy Trade is highly speculative and that you may incur losses that are much greater than the amount used to copy the Trader.

5. The Copy Trade provided by the Platform is for reference only. If you make an investment decision based on the information provided on the website or obtained through the "Copy Trade" feature, you do so at your own risk. 

6. You shall make your own research and judgment before making an investment decision. You shall independently determine whether your investments, strategies or any other products and services meet your needs based on your own investment objectives and personal and financial situation.

7. You shall be solely responsible for the loss incurred due to the automatic execution of the operation using the "Copy Trade" function.

8. Any information on the website or App is intended to provide the public with trading dynamics and information services of Traders and followers. The website does not provide investment advice of any kind, nor does it in any way imply the provision of such information and/or functionality. You shall conduct independent research and make your own investment decisions on the information collected through the Platform or the Copy Trade function.

9. For any matters not mentioned herein, the Platform reserves the right of final interpretation within the legal scope.
